Our trajectory in social consulting and in the creation of CEEs has encouraged us to go one step further and we have decided to create ELKAR Integration. It is a Special Employment Centre that is aimed at integrating people with disabilities into the labour market, providing valuable work in the field of business and social consulting.
We had been helping other companies to create their own EWCs for years and the natural path was to create our own.
Elkar’s goals:
- Integrating people who need help because they are at risk of workplace exclusion.
- Helping companies to be socially responsible.
- Making sure that companies with 50 or more workers comply with the law and cover the 2% inclusion quota through alternative measures such as hiring from a Special Employment Centre.
